Prince Uwah charged the Press to harness all the platforms of social, electronic and print media to promote and inform the people about the people oriented policies of the Udom Emmanuel led administration, maintaining that, this was in the best interest of the future, sustainable development of the state. While reiterating his loyalty and support for the second term of Governor Emmanuel in office, Prince Uwah said he will contribute his quota to ensure that, the government succeeds and called on all good people of the state to support the governor to succeed.

Earlier, the head of the E4 Plus Team, Mr Edidiong Udobia, congratulated Mr Uwah on his birthday and commended him for what he qualified as his excellent performance while serving as Commissioner, since the first stint in 2011 when he was in charge of Environment and Mineral Resources.

Mr Udobia said, his meritorious service to the state and good relationship with the press warranted the surprise birthday celebration by the group and pledged that, the affinity will continue. He assured Prince Uwah that, the Press will continue to play its role as an agent of development while holding government responsive and accountable to the people.”
