PDP cannot lose Ward 7 in Esit Eket, says SA, AKS youth council
 
The Akwa Ibom State Youth Council had warned every youth in Akwa Ibom State to be more prepared towards actualising the re-election of Governor Udom Emmanuel for sustainability of industrial revolution in Akwa Ibom State come 2919 and beyond. 

This was contained in a communique jointly signed by the entire youths of PDP in (Ward 7) Esit Eket made public to the press during the Ward briefing by the recently elected Special Adviser of Akwa Ibom State Youth Council representing Esit Eket in the person of Comrade Brain Imossan. 

The meeting which started with prayer by Mr. Darius Nkwo; Chapter Assistant Secretary of PDP had in attendant over 500 able youths committed to the growth of PDP and Udom Emmanuel 2019 project. 

Addressing the youths, Comrade Brain Imossan; a former (Ward 7) PDP chairman, Sect. Esit Eket Frontline Youth Movement, Former personal Assistant to incumbent House Member representing Esit Eket/Ibeno State Constituency while thanking God for ushering him unto the throne of governance expressed his total and unalloyed loyalty to His Excellency Deacon Udom Emmanuel for his impressive performances as Governor of Akwa Ibom State.

Brain prayed for a more uplifting grace from God to enable him ensure PDP is delivered come 2019 stressing that there must food, job creations, empowerment etc. before we can ensure unity and success of Udom Emmanuel come 2019; 


“We cannot not succeed if we are not together; we are here to paint to the youths that there is no other party rather than the PDP in Esit Eket hence, we must begin to act accordingly both in human and natural resources for us to attain our desired and aged long dream which will help alleviate poverty and youth restiveness in our locality”. 

Brain emphasized that it’s time for the youths to strike out every dooming foundation which could possibly hinder the success of 2019 project of re-electing Udom Emmanuel. 

Speaking on behalf of the youths, Mr. Ekaiko (FIFA); (ward 7) coordinator of Transformation Initiative for the Empowerment of Ibom People, Hon. Daniel Akpe; former Councilor and Benjamin Eyene posited that PDP is like the gladiators sword capable of slicing and cutting off any opposition against industrial development as exhibited by Governor Udom Emmanuel.

Responding to the speech by Special Adviser of Akwa Ibom State Youth Council Mr. Joshua; the legal adviser of PDP in (Ward 7) described Brain Imossan as a focus and resolute youth leader with rare sterling leadership qualities; thus, we must encourage and support him for the future of our youths to remain sailing from the fore front of government and governance.

Also speaking was Mr. Iboro Bassey Assan; Asst. secretary of PDP (Ward 7) appraising the State youth council special Adviser, promised that the youths of (Ward 7) will ever remain constant in aligning and supporting the government of Udom Emmanuel, Deacon Ibanga Etang and Brain Imossan for their actual envisaged hope to be realized.

In his remarks, Brain Imossan expressed enthusiasm and confidence in the youths. 

“It’s obvious that we are not fully engaged in the political arrangements of today but, I want to advise that we should learn to criticize positively and promote the youths to arise and stand firm boldly by telling the elders whom have failed us that it’s only the youth that can deliver in every elections; I promise to carry the youths of (Ward 7) along for the betterment of our youths, progress of our community and harmonious coexistence of our youths” Brain said. 

Brain, who referred to the political leader of Esit Eket Elder Benjamin Udobia as true leader also commended Hon. (Dec) Ibanga Etang for his kind role and support which enable his emergence. 

Brain further urged the youths to remain calm and persistent stating that leaders deserved worthy applause while the youths deserved proper encouragement.
