The Federal High Court, sitting in Uyo over the weekend at the instance of the Counsel to the State PDP, Barr Goddy Umoh and Counsel to Senator OBA sort for the withdrawal of a case of Stay of Execution against Hon Bassey Etim as the case had been moved to the Court of Appeal. Therefore, the Uyo High Court has lost its jurisdiction and power to entertain the matter any longer.
The public is advised to ignore the plot of mischief makers and be rest assured that Senator Bassey Albert Akpan (OBA) remains the Senator representing the people of Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District till 2019.
