The member representing Ukanafun State Constituency at the State House of Assembly, Hon.Deacon Otobong Jonathan Akpan has declared free jamb forms for intending 2017 jambites of Ukanafun extraction.
The law maker made the declaration in his office last Tuesday.
He said that the form is for only qualified indigenes of Ukanafun, which must present WAEC/NECO, certificate of origin, two passport photographs and birth certificate.
According to the release, qualified candidates are to visit Hon.Otobong Akpan constituency office at Number 26 Aba Road ,Ikot Inyang Abia ,Ukanafun Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State on 7th April 2017 by 9:Am for screening and collection of the UTME form.
