A legislator in Abak Local government Legislative Council, Hon. Akaninyene Udotong, has congratulated the President of Goodnews Community, ArchBishop Dr. Elijah Mboho on his 70th birthday Anniversary.
Speaking to journalists at the event, Hon Udotong said it was essential to thank God for all he has done through the instrumentation of ArchBishop Mboho, whose life has been a blessing to many people.
Hon. Udotong who is the Councillor representing Abak Urban ward 2 used the platform to appreciate the State Governor Chief Godswill Akpabio, CON and wife, forfinding time to honour the man of God with their esteemed presence.
He also commended the Governor for donating a new car to the celebrator, saying the gesture would help facilitate the clergy man’s pastoral work. He called on other well meaning Nigerians to lend their support to the pastoral and charity ministry of ArchBishop Elijah Mboho.
The legislator used the opportunity to salute ChiefAkpabio for the giant strides he has recorded in all facet of the State’s endeavour, especially in areas ofeducation, health and infrasructural development.
Hon. Akaninyene Udotong, specially thanked the Akwa Ibom State Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria, ArchBishop Cletus Bassey and the large galaxy of clergymen, international community as well as members of the public that converged on Gospel Village Grounds to celebrate ArchBishop Elijah Mboho, and wished him more years of service in the Lord’s vineyard.
