Prince Umoh who spoke with journalists at Abak, described the emergence of Elder Friday Iwok as the PDP Standard-bearer for Abak State Constituency as the best thing to happen to the people of Otoro Clan in particular, Abak State Constituency and the state in general.
The retired Superintendent of Police explained that Elder Iwok is suitable for the seat having performed marvelously well during his first term. “Elder Friday Iwok is suitable for that job. His emergence is a very good thing to happen to the people of Otoro, Abak and the State in general. In terms of Legislative job, he has never been found wanting. So, I’m happy with his emergence,” the former Councilor stated.
The retired Police Chief pointed out that the performance of Elder Iwok during his first term will speak for him as the people are ready and willing to give 100 percent votes.
Prince Umoh explained further that the people of Abak do not want to send what he described as “a fresher and mediocre” or somebody who will go there to learn, but will rather return Elder Friday Iwok who has acquired enough experience.
He advised the people of Abak against playing or supporting opposition, stressing that Abak belongs to the Peoples Democratic Party.
The retired Police Officer commended Elder Iwok for making the people of Abak proud through the numerous achievements he has recorded so far and prayed God to give him more wisdom and enablement to do more.

He is highly intelligent, God-fearing and has excellent track record. He will emulate Chief Akpabio by doing good things in the State,” the former Councilor reasoned.
He called on the people of the state to join hands and support him during the forth-coming election. Prince Umoh used the occasion to commend Chief Godswill Akpabio for laying a solid foundation for the in-coming administration, stressing that the people of the state should be proud of the achievements recorded him.
