The Secretary Abak Local Government Council, Barr. Aniekan Ukoh last Sunday, took his Son, Emmanuel to Church for dedication.
TheDedication/Thanksgiving service took place at the Believers Assemblies, Ikot Ekpene Road, Abak.
Preaching on the topic, “it shall come to pass” Apostle Okon Bassey noted that what God has spoken concerning one's life must surely come to pass.
Apostle Bassey called on Christians to be in good relationship with God and should wait patiently for the manifestation of God.
Dedicating the new-born baby, Emmanuel, Apostle Bassey prayed that he should grow up in the way of the Lord and be a blessing to the family and the society.
The gospel minister also prayed for God's wisdom on the new born baby to enable him to grow and become useful and responsible citizen in future.
Speaking after the dedication of their son, Barr./Mrs. Aniekan Uko thanked God for the gift of the baby boy and for what He has done in their family.
They also thanked the Church for their prayers and all the guests for honouring their invitation and prayed God to bless and reward them abundantly.
At the church service, Obonganwan Gloria Udom presented a beautiful flower and cash to the church, thanking God for what He has done for the family of Barr. Aniekan Uko and for protecting the women delegates from Abak Local Government Area during the recently concluded PDP Primaries.
The Church Service was attended by a cream of personalities including top government functionaries, party chieftains, socio-political and cultural organizations, executive and members of Akwa Ibom State Consolidation Alliance (ACA) among others.
Meanwhile, the Coordinators of Akwa Ibom Consolidation Alliance (ACA) Afaha Obong Ward 2, Mr. Friday Asuquo Otu and Otoro Ward I, Mr. Friday Utang have rejoiced with the Coordinator of ACA in Abak Local Government Area, Barr. Aniekan Ukoh on the dedication of his Son, Emmanuel.
They prayed God to continue to bless the family and give the newly born child the knowledge and wisdom to grow in His ways.
