Speaking with journalists at Abak, the National President of the organization, Adede Etiusen Amos, said the award is in appreciation of the good works Dr. Emmanuel Udosen has started in Abak especially in the area of sanitation.  “As an Annang son with notable achievements, we wish to commend him especially in the area of environmental sanitation.
Since the existence of Abak local Government Council, Dr Emmanuel Udosen is the first Chairman that has implemented such a hard-working sanitation team who worked  tirelessly and satisfactorily to keep Abak clean so as to wipe away the slogan that says- Abak is dirty” - Adede Amos stated.

The president flanked by the National Secretary, Akparawa  Etok Sunday Abraham noted that the award will serve as encouragement to other transition Committee Chairmen in Annang land to perform well.

Adeded Amos explained that his organization will not hesitate to honour any Transition Chairman from Annang land who performs well in any area. While congratulating Dr. Udosen on his meritorious appointment and successful conduct of the maiden compulsory sanitation exercise in Abak, Adeded Etiusen Amos prayed God to give the new Council helmsman the requisite wisdom to succeed.
