Basking in the euphoria of the new year, the winner of 2014 edition of Face of Niger Delta-Miss Victoria Ubani shared photographs of herself and inmates at Lifetime Motherless Babies’ Home, Port Harcourt, where she took a day out to celebrate with the children.
Knowing that many are in lack in the society, Victoria said It was imperative of her to spend her Christmas with Niger Delta children as a queen and ambassador of Nigeria’s oil producing region.
It can be recalled that Victoria emerged Face of Niger Delta 2014 from a keenly contested pageant, which saw beautiful young girls from the 9 states of the region putting wits and the knowledge of their culture to test. On her emergence, she earned herself a 2014 KIA Rio and 1 million naira cash prize.
According to her, ‘ I plan to do more during and after my reign’, she promised the children more frequent visits, and a big charity groove come February 2015.
