Nigeria at 55: Prophet Uyoata harps on peace and national unity

As Nigeria celebrates her 55th Independence Anniversary, a renowned Gospel Minister in the state, Prophet Uyoata Umoh JP has called on Nigerians to pray to God for peace and national unity. Prophet Umoh who made the call while delivering a Sermon at Divine City Ministry International, Uruk Uso, Otoro Abak, assured that with continuous prayers, Nigeria has a very bright future.

The Man of God called on Nigerians to love one another, live peaceably with all men irrespective of tribe and religion.
He advised Christians to emulate Jesus Christ by living a righteous life.
At the Church Service which was used to usher in the new month of October, Prophet Umoh prayed for Nigeria, Akwa Ibom State, Abak local government area, the leaders at all level, the peace and unity of the nation.
The man of God used the occasion to announce the commencement of a-26-Day programme with the Theme “Untimely Death is Cancelled”, beginning from the 1st Friday of the month October to the last Sunday of December, 2015.
He assured that the programme will be very rewarding as those oppressed will be set free, and participants will receive abundant blessing, healing, deliverance and breakthrough. The man of God used the occasion to invite the general public to attend the programme.
Speaking with journalists at the end of the Church Service, Prophet Umoh, congratulated the government and people of Akwa Ibom State on the successful celebration of the 28th anniversary of the state creation.
He specifically lauded the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel for the achievements he has recorded within his first 100 days, pointing out that with his performance so far, the Governor has given hope to the people of the state who voted massively for him, during the April 11, 2015 gubernatorial election.
Prophet Uyoata also commended the Transition Committee Chairman for Abak, Dr. Emmanuel Udosen for keying into the vision of the State Governor by making Abak to be what it is now and called on the people to support them with prayers to succeed.
