Church salutes Speaker, Commissioner, TC Chairman, ors

The Mount Zion Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, Mbierebe Obio Diocese, Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area has rejoiced with Hon. Aniekan Uko on his victory at the April 11, 2015 State House of Assembly election, inauguration into office and subsequent emergence as the Speaker, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. The Church in a congratulatory message signed by the Superintendent, Apostle (Dr). Sylvester Ibanga (JP) described the emergence of an illustrious son of Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area as the Speaker of the State House of Assembly as meritorious, well-deserved and the best thing to happen to the good people of the area.

Apostle Ibanga expressed the hope that with his experience and excellent track record, Hon Aniekan Uko will use his position as the State Number 3 Citizen and the Speaker of the State House of Assembly to attract the much-needed dividends of democracy to his constituents as well as making laws that have direct impact on the citizenry.
The Church in the message, prayed God to guide, protect and give the Speaker the requisite wisdom to discharge his duties effectively.
The Mount Zion Lighthouse Full Gospel Church also rejoiced with the Political Leader of the area, Hon. Prince Uwem Ita Etuk on his re-appointment into the State Executive Council as the Commissioner for Lands and Town Planning.
The Church thanked the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel for finding Hon Prince Uwem Ita Etuk worthy for reappointment into the State Executive Council.
The Church expressed the hope that having used his previous positions to touch the lives of many people positively, the Commissioner will not relent in putting smiles on the faces of his people.
The Church prayed God to give him more wisdom and enablement to discharge his responsibilities excellently.
The Mount Zion Lighthouse Full Gospel Church also felicitated with the Chairman and Members of the Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Transition Committee on their meritorious appointment and assured them of the continuous prayers of the Church to enable them succeed.
