Following the enthronement last Saturday of the State Deputy Governor, Mr. Moses Ekpo as the Patron of St. John Pro-Cathedral, Abak Parish, the immediate past Chairman Conference of Village Heads, Abak Chapter, Eteidung Fabian Joseph Sampson has joined other well-meaning sons and daughters of Akwa Ibom State to felicitate the State Number 2 citizen on this momentous occasion.
In his message, Eteidung Fabian Sampson described the enthronement as meritorious and well-deserved, stressing that it will encourage the State Deputy Governor to continue to render selfless services for the growth of the church in particular and the development of the humanity in general.
The Royal Father extolled the exemplary leadership qualities of Mr. Moses Ekpo, pointing out that as a unique Christian Ambassador and distinguished Elder Statesman, the State Deputy Governor has proven to be a selfless and worthy Leader and indeed a gift of God to this generation.
Eteidung Fabian Joseph who is the Village Head of Utu Edem Akai noted that as the State Deputy Governor, Mr. Moses Ekpo has given the needed support and encouragement to the State Governor which has resulted in the successes so far recorded by the Mr. Udom Emmanuel’s administration as demonstrated by the recent conferment of the Leadership Governor of the Year 2016 on the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel by Leadership Groups Limited.
The Patron Conference of Village Heads Abak Chapter on behalf of his family and the good people of Utu Edem Akai in Abak Local Government Area pledged their continuous loyalty and support to Mr. Udom Emmanuel to enable him succeed in his industrialization and wealth creation policy.
He expressed the hope that as a golden fish which has no hiding place, more honours and awards will continue to come the way of the State Deputy Governor, Mr. Moses Ekpo.
The Village Head lauded Mr. Moses Ekpo for his fatherly advise and wisdom which has brought peace, transparency, justice and equity to the politics of Abak Local Government Area.
Chief Fabian Joseph prayed God to grant the State Deputy Governor, Mr. Moses Ekpo great grace and wisdom for more productive and creative services to Akwa Ibom people.
