Mboho Ndito Nsit Worldwide also known as Nsit Nation, an Independent Socio-Cultural Association is set to inaugurate her National Executive Council members with Prince Aniefiok Attah as the National President elect, Obong Sunday Ekong as the Vice President I elect, with Otuekong Ndueso Monday Vice President II elect.
Others are Prince Ekwere Ekwere Secretary General elect, Hon. Aniedi Ndah, Assistant Secretary General elect, Hon Nicholas Ibuot Organizing Secretary elect, Abigail Isaac Public Relations Officer elect. While Obonganwan Mercy Esop is Women Leader elect, Mr Efiofiok Ukpong Youth Leader elect, Mr Isaac Ekong Auditor I elect, Hon. Peaceman Inyang Auditor II elect, Mr Emmanuel Essien Welfare Officer elect, Pastor Sunny Aaron Director of Protocol and Barr Awak Essien National Legal Adviser.
The inauguration/swearing-in ceremony which is taking place at the Shelter Afrigue playgrounds this week Saturday 16th November 2013 by 10:00am, will convene under the distinguished chairmanship of Obong (Engr) A. S. Udofia. The Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Chief Godswill Akpabio will be the Special Guest of Honour, while the three House of Assembly members representing Nsit Atai, Nsit Ibom and Nsit Ubium State constituencies in the State House of Assembly Hon (Mrs) Sarah Elijah Nsit Atai, Hon Anietie Etuk, Nsit Ibom and Hon. (Barr) Onofiok Luke, Nsit Ubium will be the Quests of Honour.
HRM Edidem Akpan U. Ntuen the Paramount Ruler of Nsit Atai Local Government Area, HRM Edidem Mannasseh S. Akpan the Paramount Ruler of Nsit Ibom Local government area and their counterparts in Nsit Ubium local government area, HRM Edidem Solomon D. Etuk are the royal fathers of the day.
While the three serving local government chairman of Nsit Atai local government area Hon Mark Esset, Obonganwan (Hon) Mfon Ekong, Nsit Ibom local government area and Hon Ekpedeme Akpan of Nsit Ibium local government area are the Chief Hosts.
Also distinguished sons and mentorious daughters of Nsit Nation and Akwa Ibomites at large shall step out of the crowd to receive award of excellent and certificates of recognition. Among whom are the Chief (Dr) Godswill Obot Akpabio (CON) the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State Major General Enetie Enetie, Hon Enobong Uwah, Commissioner for Environment and Mineral Resources, Hon Jerome Isangedighi member representing Oron State Constituency in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Barr Dan Abia Snr. Mr Akan Udofia, Prince Ekerendu Esit Ikot, Ono of the founding fathers of Mboho Ndito Nsit Worldwide and other awardees and honourees.
The National President elect, of the Association Prince Aniefiok Attah has enjoined also sons and daughters of Nsit Nation, Akwa Ibomites and sojourners alike to participate in the celebrations of the day, as Nsit Nation is set to awaken the consciousness of resuscitating a formidable platform for the course of Nsit people which is the largest population in the state.
The ceremony is billed to feature inauguration of the National Executive Council members cultural display, presentation of Nsit’s history, choral rendition by Nsit’s choir, presentation of awards of excellent and certificates of recognition to deserving personalities and many other activities
