Ahead of the nominations for the 2015 general elections, more young persons are getting involved and joining hands in shaping their future and for those unborn. In the light of this, a young and enterprising man, Engr. Itoro Okon has during a radio interview said that during several interactions with other young people in various parts of the state, that majority of them need jobs and that problem will only be solved with the setup of industries through government’s intervention of providing the enabling environment for private investors.
He also pointed out the Obong Nsima Ekere is an employer of labour of hundreds of Nigerians and he was also a key player in the setup of newly commissioned N90 billion Uquo gas processing facility in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom which is expected to further boost the country’s power supply.
More so, Engr. Okon added that Akwa Ibom youths who are very talented and creative, and who make up the major working force of the entertainment industry will see their dreams come to fulfillment during the Nsima Ekere led government come 2015. He says that it will be all inclusive governance and these young ones will have roles to play, thereby providing them the needed platforms and opportunities to excel and achieve their dreams.
