Eyetong Future Leader, a frontline socio-political group in Oron, has congratulated the the Senator representing Eket Senatorial District, Senator Nelson Efiong and the Deputy Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Hon. Effiong Bassey, stressing that their emergence were divined.
In a statement signed by its Coordinator, Prince Okon Edagha, the group said “The emergence of our amiable sons, the Senator representing Eket Senatorial District, Senator Nelson Effiong and the Deputy Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Hon. Effiong Bassey, were divine and orchestrated by God. We salute their victory at the polls and subsequent inaugurations.”
“We are proud of you because we know your victories were the results of your outstanding virtues and hard work. We are not in doubt of your capacity and ability to do even more,” the further said.
The group urged them to continue to give the people of the area effective representation and prayed God to guide, protect and give Senator Efiong and Hon. Bassey, the wisdom and enablement to steer the ship of unity, peace and harmony in Oron.
