Association of Movie Practitioners congratulate Udom Emmanuel

The Association of  Movie Practitioners,  Akwa Ibom State Chapter has congratulated Deacon Udom Emmanuel on his resounding victory in the recently concluded gubernatorial election.

Addressing news men in Uyo recently, the chairman of the Association, Princess Goodness James said the victory of Mr. Emmanuel is an expression of massive and popular decision of Akwa Ibom people to elect a God-fearing leader that will increase and sustain the momentum of development in the state.

Princess James who is a member of Transformation Initiative for the Empowerment of Ibom people described the victory as well-deserved, meritorious and a clear manifestation of the people’s acceptance of Mr. Emmanuel. She prayed God to give the new leadership the Wisdom to discharge its duties effectively.

The chairman of the association commended the out-going governor, Chief Godswill Akpabio for laying a good foundation for the incoming administration under Mr. Emmanuel just as he contributed immensely towards the emergence of Mr. Emmanuel.

Princess James who has produced several notable movies emphasized that by the Mr. Emmanuel’s professional pedigree and robust experience in the banking sub-sector, hope is rekindled for more prosperity of Akwa Ibom people, she pledged the continuous support of the Association to Mr. Emmanuel’s administration and expressed optimism that the new administration would carry them along as it takes off May, 2015.
