Determine to encourage the state government to take his agricultural and industrial revolution to a 100% implementation  to the people  of Nsit Atai Local Government Area have urged Governor  Udom Emmanuel to consider,  the option of taking a short at the Hilltop  mansion. 

Speaking at the meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party  (PDP) since his inception as the Transition Chairman and reception rally for the Assembly man,  the Council Boss,  Otuekong Uduak  Ekpeowo assured that Nsit Atai people are committed  to mobilizing and galvanizing the rest of the state to back his bold step. 
Ekpeowo  noted that the council in its own wisdom came out first to champion this course carefully following the progress of his administration since the governor (Udom Emmanuel) was sworn into office,  expressing his worries that often government with such giant strides ad lofty programmes wind up not completing their programmes for lack of time,  the council helmsman promised that the council will organize first - gate sensitization  programme to back the call,  noting “ we are going to engage all stakeholders and stress the need to close ranks as work to achieve this goal. 

Before moving the motion that was seconded by the council Boss,  the Assembly  man for the Area,  Rt. Hon. Mark Esset described  Governor Udom Emmanuel as a pride to Akwa Ibom state and Nigeria,  and one with extra - ordinary flames of passion for  the development of the State extolled the qualities of the Governor, saying that he is a competent administrator. 

Also speaking,  the political leader of the Area,  Otuekong Raphael Bassey said “our ultimate goal,  no matter where we stand on the political spectrum is the uplifting of the state and the political, economic,  cultural and social well being of our people,  and Udom’s government will promote the people’s right to sustainable economic development, quality Education, job creation, improved Healthcare services and poverty alleviation. 

The PDP Chapter Chairman of the Local Government Area,  Apostle Ime Ekpe and his predecessor  prince Akpan Monday both urged the people to take their destiny in their hands by joining the vehicle of great  revolution and ignoring the rumours that PDP will loose Akwa Ibom to any other Party.
