in the council. He added that the chairman has replicated the fatherly role of
the Governor in Etinan local government.
On

environment for the entire council to freely operate. Hon Etuk stated that soon

council executive. He further revealed that the legislature has deliberated on
several motions brought before them by members amongst which include motion on
the proper use of the Housing Estates of Ikot Ebiyak and Ikot Udo-oto,

To
ensure smooth running of the council for the fiscal year, the legislature also
successfully vetted and approved the 2013 appropriation bye-law without delays
which enable the Executive to translate lofty programs on papers to visible
dividends of democracy for the people of Iman Ibom.
The
lawmakers also stated that deliberations has commenced on the amendment of the
establishment and maintenance of motor parks committee amongst other bills
which are at various stages of legislative work.
