“In the past, democratic dividends were not evenly distributed among the four clans and villages in the local government area. But since the advent of Honourable Ephraim Akpan’s administration, Mkpat Enin has benefitted immensely from 19 projects in just one year,” she said.
Stressing that the huge investment by Mr. Akpan’s government in human capital development has recorded progress, saying: “The visible projects in the Council and the number of youths that would be developed through the establishment of International Class Centre for Technological Transfer shows that government can work and it is working.” She expressed profound gratitude of the women and people of Mkpat Enin to the Council boss.

While appealing to the local government council for its continuous support of women and youths and infrastructural development of the area, Mrs. Udoh promised that that the women of Mkpat Enin would do everything in their capacity to support, protect, maintain and secure the projects which the Council boss has established and the many more that will follow before the end of his administration.
