He particularly warned PDP members not to speak ill about Obong Attah and Senator Akpabio, saying that they served the state as Governors creditably well as members of the party.
“No PDP member should speak ill about what Obong Victor Attah and Senator Godswill Akpabio did, because we are from the same party”.
He used the opportunity to thanked PDP for giving them the platform to serve the state and appealed to members of the forum who have not been given accommodated yet in the present administration to be patience as their duty as the people representative is to advocate on behalf of those who do not have voice.

Speaking on the cordial relationship that exist between the executive and the legislature, Hon Luke said they were elected to serve and not to fight the executive saying that “the vibrancy of the legislature is seen by how much you are able to relate with executive to deliver on its campaign promises to the people and how you can attract development”.
Speaking on behalf of the forum, Hon. Godwin Ekpo, described members of the forum as grass root mobilizers, and stressed that the forum which had been in existence long before the advent of the current administration in the state, was formed for the purpose of creating a platform where former grass-root administrators in the state would come together to advance the development of the state.
He said the former council chairmen were still available and ready to contribute their quota to the development of Akwa Ibom state.
Other speakers who spoke during the visit pour encomium on the Speaker and members for the stability they’ve brought to the state through their advocacy programs.
