Councilor assures constituents of effective representation

…Congratulates Abak Council boss
The Councilor representing Afaha Obong Ward 2 in Abak Legislative Council, Hon. Emmanuel Uko has expressed gratitude to God for his victory at the December 2, 2017 local government election.
Hon. Uko who spoke with our reporter at Abak, thanked the leadership of the Party, the elders and the entire people of his Ward for their support, stressing that without them his emergence as the Councilor would not have been possible.
The Councilor solicited their continuous supports and prayers to enable him succeed in the task of giving them effective and qualitative representation. He promised not to disappoint them, but will work harmoniously with the executive Chairman of Abak, Barr. Imoh Williams to attract the much-needed dividends of democracy to the area.
Hon. Uko used the occasion to congratulate the Executive Chairman of Abak, Barr. Imoh Williams on the confirmation of an award of “Akpan Ikot Akpabio” on him by the people of Ikot Akpabio during the Youth Day Celebration.
The Councilor expressed the hope that with his wealth of experience as a seasoned legal practitioner, a committed partyman and a God-fearing gentleman, Hon. Barr Imoh Williams will take Abak local government area to the next level of development.
He wished the people of his Ward a prosperous new year.
