Governorship aspirant in the 2015 general elections under the plat form of PDP, Mr. Nya Ebito says he will focus on youth empowerment by creating wealth through massive industrialization and embark on robust empowerment programs.
He said this in a chat with our reporter during an event recently in the State capital, Uyo.
According to him, “My focus as the Governor of the State will be to create wealth and employment opportunities through massive industrialization of the State.
“Youths will be our focus, we will have robust youth programs for our young people,” Ebito stressed.
He said that the confidence to join the race is on God; and on his connection with people in high places.
“Number one is God, two, I have people in very high places and I also have people at the grassroot who are very faithful supporters,” he said.
As the only guber aspirant in the State who is a member of House-2-House campaign organization for President Goodluck Jonathan, Ebito said that the group is carrying out one-on-one campaign for Mr President at the national level, and himself for the 2015 guber election in Akwa Ibom State.
“This forum will mobilize voters for Mr. President and me as an aspirant in 2015 guber race in Aka Ibom State.
“We will go on campaign from house to house to ensure that rural women are mobilized to join the group,” Ebito explained.
