The remains of late Rev. Eno Charlie
Udoka of Ikot Mkporikpo, Etim Ekpo local government area will be committed to
mother earth on Saturday, 31st August, 2013.
Aged 56 years, the late Rev. E. C.
Udoka was until his death, the Administrator, Samuel Bill Theological College,
Abak.
A statement signed onbehalf of the
family by Deaconess Etieno E. C. Udoka and the Chairman of the Publicity
Committee, Pastor Imoh Ekon Indicates that condolence register will be opened
on Monday, 26th August, 2013 at the deceased compound, Ikot Mkporikpo and at
Samuel Bill Theological College, Abak.
According to the statement, Tuesday,
27th August will be condolence visit by in-laws, Churches, groups and
individual while a novelty football match in honour of the departed
Administrator will hold on Thursday, 29th August between Qua Iboe Church
Youths, Etim Ekpo Superintendency and Samuel Bill Theological College football
team at Primary School Ibio Nung Acha, Etim Ekpo local government area by 4pm.
The statement further hinted that
there will a commendation service at Samuel Bill Theological College, Abak on
Saturday, 31st August, 2013 at 8am while the funeral obsequies which will be
conducted by Qua Iboe Church Nigeria, Ikot Mkporikpo at the deceased compound
at 10am. Thanksgiving service, according to the statement will take place on
Sunday 1st September, 2013 at Qua Iboe Church Ikot Mkporikpo at 10am.
The statement has therefore invited
Qua Iboe Church members, friends and the general public to attend the funeral
ceremony.
The late Rev. E. C. Udoka is
survived by Deaconess Etieno Udoka – Wife, Mrs. Esitime Emase William –
Daughter, Mrs. Nkopuyo Joe Koko-Bassey
– Daughter, Miss. Blessing E.
C. Udoka - Daughter, Mr. Emase William –
son-in-law, Mr. Joe Koko-Bassey – son-in-law, Mr. Saturday C. Udoka – brother,
and a host of other relations too numerous to mention.
