Leo Umana: Celebrating excellence in administration

The man, Leo Leo Umana has carved a niche for himself, among the youths in Akwa Ibom State and beyond. Popular with the title of a Bishop, Leo has been an advocate of early marriage for the single men and ladies.
A Member of the Board of the Akwa Ibom State Internal Revenue Service, Leo Umana has distinguished himself in service to the State. Promoting the government of Governor Udom Emmanuel, to even doubters.
His presence in the board, not withstanding, has brought the IRS to limelight, as he combines his job with charisma, and friendship.
For Leo Umana, negative reports against the board in the media, have been dropped. Leo represents what the 21st century youth look up to in leadership.
Vince Lombardi had posited that,” The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual.” Today, Leo Umana have brought tremendous growth to the internally generated revenue of Akwa Ibom State.
He has through his friendly disposition, made companies, parastatals and individuals, to comply and appreciate the payment of taxes, as an obligation to the state.
Leo Umana is not super rich, but has used his resources to touch the lives of people. Hardly any youth in Akwa Ibom, that do not know Leo Umana.
In December, he had hosted the youths of Ikot Ekpene, and in February, also hosted a singles, and married conference, with notable speakers, drawn, to speak to all present.
It was a programme that drew the high and mighty in Akwa Ibom. Just like Lombardi said, the measure of who we are is what we do with what we have. Leo Umana has continued to give back to the society, using what he has.
Behold a man, Leo Umana, who has found favour before God and before Kings. With his present position, he has prepared himself for a higher calling. Leo understands that power is transient, and only God gives power to who he wishes.
From a humble background, he has demonstrated alot of passion for service, and won many hearts in supporting the present administration in the State.
Just like the Bible has stated, Seast thou a man diligent in his works, he shall stand before Kings and not mean men. Leo Umana today, stand before kings, and has not forgotten that he was once a servant.
With an array of followers, Leo Leo Umana, is a man to watch in Akwa Ibom State and beyond. Because, there is grace speaking for him.
