Can Sweden stop the high flying Golden Eaglets?

The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria has continued to prove  many of their critics wrong at the ongoing FIFA U-17 championship. The young Nigerians who are gunning for their record fourth title booked their berth in the semi- final competition by humbling Uruguay 2 – 0.

The team which is getting better after each game played one of their toughest games so far in the competition against the much more physical South Americans but was able to carry the day.

Transport Ministry and its shortcomings

Transportation, being the movement of persons or goods from a location  to another, is an age-long, dynamic practice which has taken several forms over the years. From the time when the early men employed the services of animals like herds in the conveyance of their properties and as a means of traveling, transportation has been unavoidable, unrivalled and unswervable.
Subsequently, the mode of transportation changed with civilization and the need to meet-up with the demands of a fast-growing economy.

Today, the Air, Land, Rail and Sea transport system have collectively made vast this exceptional means of communication.  Indeed, transportation remains the best medium of communication despite the conglomeration of Mobile Communication Network. This is because this medium alone gives one the privilege of seeing the real condition of a person, place or thing; a criteria which is not obtainable with the Mobile Communication system.

Engineer Frank Okon, the dawn of a new era

Akwa Ibom State should not cease to sing hymns of praise to a man who has successfully taken us to this height, followed by vigorous programs designed to heal the wounds and bind the State together as one. In the whole range of politicians at this time, there is hardly anyone who can lay claim to equality with him in the rare gift of originality and distinction, a hater of hum bug, a man whose spirit, no reverse can daunt and no success can destroy. His genius lies in his infinite capacity to manage problems; nothing was too great or small for his personal attention.

Start a business centre

 Start a business centre

A business centre, in the Nigerian context, is an establishment where services such as: typesetting, photocopying, scanning, spiral binding, lamination, and internet surfing (browsing) etc. are carried out.

The business centre can be expanded to include other services like: sales and repair of computer, sales of Examination scratch cards like WAEC, NECO, JAMB, etc; sales of recharge cards of all denominations, and call centre operations. For a business center to be profitable, it requires dedication. The economy has created a vast opportunity for business centers to thrive as the business provides sustainable income to operators as a result of its high level of patronage.
