The Executive chairman of Nsit
Ubium Local Government Council Pastor Ekpedeme Akpan has earned the high
commendation of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Committee on local
governments and Chieftaincy Affairs.
The commendation came,
Wednesday, when the committee, led by its chairman, Hon. Aborh Uduyok, embarked
on a tour of duty to the local government council as part of its oversight
functions.
While being conducted round
the council premises, the committee delegation had remarked on the high
standards maintained in the council and singled out the councilors’ offices and
legislative chambers of the council for special mention.
