2019: ESEME EYIBOH WAS ON HIS OWN, BY AKAN ETTEUDO

2019: ESEME EYIBOH WAS ON HIS OWN, BY AKAN ETTEUDO

The leading House of Assembly aspirant for Esit Eket/Ibeno state constituency Prince Akan Etteudo has described the position canvassed by Eseme Eyiboh against Udom Emmanuel as misleading, funny and warped.

He disclosed this to THE INK reporter in Uyo last night during an interaction. Etteudo maintained that Udom Emmanuel does not only have the mandate of Eket Federal Constituency but the mandate of Akwa Ibom people to go back for a second term.

He said, with the array of things the Governor have done, that there is no reason why the Governor would not be reelected for a second term.

Akan Etteudo stressed that the Governor's three years leadership in the state have opened doors of opportunities for the teeming masses in Akwa Ibom State owing to the industrialization he has brought to the state.

He listed the achievements of the Governor in the past three years to include the establishment of Jubilee Syringe Industry, Metering company, automobile Assembly Company and the Fertilizer blending company in Abak.

Speaking further Akan who is running an issue based campaign on his route to the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly said, given the economic reality, Governor Emmanuel inherited, that the state Governor should be celebrated and not castigated as Eseme and his group are doing.

Akan Etteudo further stressed that Governor Emmanuel has demonstrated capacity, enough leadership skills and a high taste for a united Akwa Ibom and therefore Eseme Eyiboh's comment should be treated as a funny comment that does not augur and will better our lives in Akwa Ibom State.

"To my mind and that of every right thinking person, Udom Emmanuel's second term bid is for the sake of the continuous development of Akwa Ibom State and on his second term we stand". Etteudo submitted.
