Today, I have officially declare my membership into PDP. I join PDP because I know it is a true party that has brought development to Akwa Ibom State and Nigeria. It a winning party and there is no any other political party in the state that is full of strength other than the PDP”.

Also speaking during the event, the leader of the ward and a Former Vice Chairman of Ini, Chief S A Obiofin thanked Mr Inyang for seeing it necessary to recognized and join the PDP, instead of joining other disgruntled elements to fight against the party.

“For the past years, we have been having successive governments, but what are tangible things we have been able to boost of? The electricity light we are enjoying today came when Udom Emmanuel was on seat as SSG. I am also aware that ever since Ukwok came to existence, non of out indigenes were appointed by the Governor to serve in the state. For that fact that we didn’t even have hope but the Governor appointed one of us to work with him shows that he has the people of Ukwok at heart. More things are coming to Ukwok. The story of playing opposition politics in Ukwok have changed”.

“Politics is a game of a large number, and you can’t succeed alone in politics. We need more people to assist in building the Party. Asuqwo Inyang is a man who has the interest of Ukwok at heart and I really thank him for seeing PDP as the only true party that can deliver and bring development to Ukwok, Akwa Ibom State and Nigeria. Let’s work together and return Governor Udom Emmanuel for a second term in 2019.
