The Special Assistant to the
Akwa Ibom State Governor on Projects, Hon. David Etuk has lauded the State
Governor, His Excellency, Chief (Dr.) Godswill Obot Akpabio (CON) on the
completion and commissioning of the historic Enen Nsit Road as the state marks
its 27th Anniversary.
Addressing newsmen in Uyo,
Hon. David Etuk described Governor Akpabio as an exemplary leader whose
quintessential leadership has transformed Akwa Ibom State to a land of endless
possibilities and bigger opportunities.
He described Governor
Akpabio as a visionary leader and promise keeper as the Enen Nsit Road had long
been neglected by previous administrations and the new dawn of the completed
project had expanded the socio-economic activities of the area which he described
as a strategic road which links various Local Government Areas in the State.
Akparawa David Etuk charged
the people of Nsit Ibom Local Government Area and Etinan Federal Constituency
to support the policies of the Governor Akpabio’s administration as the success
of the Uncommon Transformation programme had pivoted the state to new heights
of global excellence.
The Governor’s aide also
used the opportunity to join millions of Akwa Ibom citizens to felicitate
Governor Akpabio on the 27th Anniversary of the state creation,
while charging the people to live in unity, peace and love in line with the
vision of the founding fathers of Akwa Ibom State
