In line with the ethics of professionalism and distinct in service delivery, the fora AKWA IBOM STATE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION has been inaugurated with Mr. Joshua Rebert Jonah as it pioneer chairman.
Speaking shortly before swearing-in the new Exco, the Legal Adviser of the association Barr. Emmanuel Sampson Admonished the exco to work as a team if the association must achieve it aims and desired goals. He warned members against rash attitudes and other ill vices that will thwart the progress of the union.
He enlightened the association on few of its activities as a registered association which included enforcement on “illegal or touts” practicing the trade, professionalism on job delivery, sincerity when dealing with clients etc
The union which is splinted into the three geopolitical zones of Akwa Ibom State has:
* Joshua Robert - State President
* Udeme James - Secretary
* Isreal Robert - Organizing Secretary
* Ernest Otudor - PRO 1
* Uwem Nkan - Provost as leaders of Uyo senetorial District.
Eket Senetorial District has
* Simeon Bassey - Vice President 1-
* Micheal Akpan - Financial Secretary
* Ekerete Etim - Auditor
While the union’s affairs in Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District will be supervised by
* Ubong Etokobong - Vice president 2 and Henry Etuk - Treasurer
